Key Responsibilities
Participate in the end-to-end product development cycle for group and individual insurance products
Perform pricing and profitability analysis, including assumption setting and financial modelling
Prepare and submit product filings to regulators, ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines
Develop and review benefit illustrations and product documentation
Support product implementation, including system setup and cross-functional coordination
Conduct product reviews and experience studies to monitor performance and recommend improvements
Prepare management reports and analysis to support strategic decision-making
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline
Good progress in professional actuarial examinations
2–5 years of relevant experience in actuarial/product development within the insurance industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as in a team
Good communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficient in MS Office applications (especially Excel); knowledge of actuarial modelling tools is an added advantage
